實在有點赤裸裸不過這真的是最真的產後崩潰與故作鎮定的日常
也是想告訴自己有低潮沒有關係!好好跟低潮相處一切都會過去的~
在美國很注重產後憂鬱,回診都會填測驗表格關心媽媽狀況
一直以來都覺得自己是很能處理和內化情緒的人竟然也還是拿到了很高的分數到被問需不需要什麼資源:)))))
現在可以回頭笑看一切真的很慶幸另一半的支持
還是一句話~產後賀爾蒙不是開玩笑的:)))))
